Bill’s wife Carolyn is committed to continuing his legacy of dedication and unwavering support of the community by establishing the William Fenn Hopkins Memorial Arts Fund. The fund has been established with donations from Bill’s friends, former students, colleagues and family, and through the sale of limited edition prints of his work.

The mission of Bill's fund is to provide monetary help to professional artists facing life threatening illnesses, and to assist small community organizations in visual arts, drama, music, and related endeavors.
